    Managers must meet with league officials 1/2 hour before game time to provide proof of insurance and team roster at CPW #1. Insurance and rosters may have been sent earlier. If so, you do not need to report in. Go directly to your assigned field.


SATURDAY PLAY:

  1. •ASA rules apply with exceptions!

  2. •Three games guaranteed, weather permitting.

  3. •Dugout choice based on first come first serve basis.

  4. •Home team determined by flip of a coin.

  5. •No infield practice after the first inning.

  6. •No new inning to begin after 1 hour 30 minutes. Complete the inning. If the game is tied after the completion of the inning, a tie will be recorded for each team.

  7. •Bat the lineup, submit team lineup to opposing team coaches and umpires.

  8. •Courtesy runners for pitchers and catchers allowed but not required if necessary (last batted out).

  9. •If Pitcher is removed she may re-enter the game the following inning.

  10. •Pitchers allowed 5 warm up pitches 1st inning 3 pitches warm up after that.

  11. •Game time will start at 1st warm up pitch thrown by the home team.

  12. •Mercy rule is in effect with 7 run lead. (If a team goes ahead by 7 runs in an inning, the inning is over.)

    SUNDAY SEEDED PLAY (Single Elimination):

  1. •All Pool Play rules in play, with the following EXCEPTIONS.

  2. •Seeding will be determined as follows: winning percentage, fewest runs allowed, most runs for. If still tied, a coin flip will determine the higher seed.

  3. •Seed #1 will play seed #4 at 10:00am. Seed #2 will play seed #3 at 10:00am. The winners will go on to play the championship game at 12:00pm on CPW #1. The losers are welcome to play a consolation game on CPW #2 at 12:00pm, however we will not be able to provide umpires for the game if it is played.

  4. •Home team determined by higher seed.

  5. •If the game is tied at the completion of the time limit (1 hour and 30 minutes), The International tie breaker as written in the ASA rule book will be used to determine the winner.
